This was my first time taking my car to Fine Tune Auto. My experience was excellent! Casey was awesome! I know i bugged him with my annoying phone calls checking on the status of my car. He never sounded frustrated or bothered. He did everything he could to get the ball rolling on my repairs. He kept in touch with my insurance and let me know what was going on. I own a Kia Forte. I took my car to FTA because someone tried to steal it. They broke the steering column and back window. When i picked up my car it look great! Like nothing ever happened! I was soooo happy with the end result! I will be taking my car to them again if i ever need to.
